Boys and girls can play as one of the eight Premier Lacrosse League Teams in this unique offering developed by the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) hosted at the Minnesota Athletic Club - The PLL Junior Sixes League!

Following the widely praised PLL Championship series, young lacrosse enthusiasts statewide will join forces to partake in an Olympic-style lacrosse experience, featuring a 6-on-6 game format. In the Sixes league, all players wield short sticks and function as midfielders, maneuvering across the entire field. Catering to boys and girls, our PLL Youth Sixes League boasts divisions for ages 9-11 and 12-14 year olds.

Games will be played as 4 x 10 minute quarters with warm up, 5 minute half time and 2 minute intermissions.

When: 

Monday and Tuesday nights from August 5 to September 28 (no games the week of Labor day)

Season Structure: 

Saturday August 3rd - Players will test their skills in a mini combine environment including skills testing, evaluation and game play

Following the combine, players will be drafted into one of eight PLL teams and receive their custom PLL team branded pinnie, to look just like the pros, ready to compete. 

The season will conclude with an All Star game and a bracket playoff structure

Minimum games guaranteed: 7 + All Star Game and Combine

PLL Perks:

Minnesota Athletic Club, 2122 Wooddale Drive, Woodbury MN 55125 (this purpose-built facility is sure to impress)

Rules: 

The games will adhere to a modified sixes style of play, incorporating elements from both the World Lacrosse Sixes rulebook and slight adjustments inspired by the PLL Sixes and the MAC's hybrid field.
