Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by the PLL Youth team to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication and lacrosse IQ development. In conjunction with the Minnesota Athletic Club, the PLL will deliver an unrivaled experience for your lacrosse journey.

Where: Minnesota Athletic Club, 2122 Wooddale Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125

When: Friday May 10 and Saturday May 11

Ages 7-10 VIP Session: 5-6pm, Friday May 10 (limited to 10 spots per PLL pro)

Ages 11-14 VIP Session: 6-7pm, Friday May 10 (limited to 10 spots per PLL pro)

Ages 7-10 Pro Training: 8:30-10am, Saturday May 11

Ages 11-14 Pro Training: 10-11:30am, Saturday May 11

Who: Designed for lacrosse players with age specific training. It is recommended athletes have at least one year of playing experience, to provide a foundation to build upon. These sessions are designed to help all players improve, as we all share the common goal to improve. 

VIP Sessions: 1-hour of VIP (10 player max/professional) training designed to give a more personalized training opportunity to maximize growth and potential.
